POSITIVE WINDS OF AUTUMN
APRIL 2026 newsletteR
Keke and I manifesting something amazing last November. Dreams are coming true folks. And no, I won’t move my table outside just before winter. And no, sadly Keke won’t be rolling on clients either. Read ahead and you know what’s happening…
Helou helou,
I am writing this on April Fool’s Day, but I think I will hold off on sending it until tomorrow, so you can’t question its realness. Speaking of truths, turns out I lied in the last newsletter. My complete screen time for a week was not 59 minutes; it was for a day, haha, got too excited there. But, the average screen time per day is between 15-45mins a day, and my personal low last week was 4minutes, so I’m still proud of myself! What’s your screen time like? Have you managed to cut it shorter?
Anyway, now that I have come clean with my lies, let’s get to the interesting news. I have finally ordered my little cottage, aka sleepout, so Henkiwellbeing will get some more room soon. Won’t be moving far, just next to the garage in the front lawn. I am sooooo excited, long-term dream, also gives me more room to show you exercises, do my own yoga, have space for future coaching clients, and of course, escape the house when I need a break from other humans. So many positives :) The goal is to be able to get the cottage up and running in the spring, as delivery times in this world are a bit long at the moment. But that’s ok, the decision has been made, and savings have been blown, so it will keep the winter work motivation sky high.
How is stillness going, folks? I am planning on taking mine to the next level. Was scouting my options for a birthday trip as I won’t be going to Finland this year. And I have booked in for a 10-day silent meditation retreat. 10 hours a day for 10 days, no talking, no eye contact, no external stimulants. Also very excited about this, great challenge to start a new decade and deepen the inner stillness. Good things :) And will certainly help me understand myself better, and help me to help you better.
Thirdly, I have made a lot more organised self-care plan for myself over the winter. I am usually pretty good anyway, but now I have treatments booked or pencilled in according to a wider plan for the rest of the year. That allows me to concentrate on different areas of life one at a time and hopefully really see the benefits, as of course I am keeping records of the change. We’ll see how I go, and I just might be offering some more structured / tailored packages for you as well in the future. After all, I love routine, and there’s nothing better than creating better habits to improve one's wellbeing. If you have any ideas or areas you would like more support or help with, let me know, even if it sounds silly, weird, and silly is my strong suit anyway.
Looking forward to hearing your ideas or thoughts so we can improve together!
In the meantime, burn some candles, start the cold lake dips, and do the meditations (even if it’s 1 minute that you can sit still), that’s what autumn is all about!
Love

Since March had beautiful weather and long weekends, we ventured out to Moonlight track for some outdoors and sunshine. A couple of hiking rules to remember;
1. Always look cool, as you can see, I live by that rule, multiple things hanging from me and broken old jeans shorts, at least I was wearing shoes this time.
2. Make sure you have nice company, as you’ll be watching their butt a lot.
3. After hike beer, important recovery drink!
